The postcard pictured above will be released for sale to the public on July 12, 2000. The card, measuring 5.5 x 8 inches and printed on a fine 88 pound duplex cover stock shows a rare image of Silsby Engine 483 responding with horses at full run, down a then dirt Main Street in Honesdale. The back side of the card gives a brief account of the arrival of the engine in Honesdale. The limited edition card was limited to 3000 cards which are presently avaliable from Engine 3 members, and the Wayne County Historical Society.
